DONT TAKE MOTORCYCLE YOU WILL WASTE MONEY. They had my GSXR for two months and had me order and buy over $1,500 in parts that did not fix the problem but still charged me Labor Fees, they told me after the fact that they did not have a diagnostic machine and use Google and youtube to trouble shoot. They are really nice guys, but DO NOT TAKE motorcycles to them they should not be in the motorcycle businesses. Communication was horrible I had to constantly drive to the shop to find the status of my bike. They charge just as much as the dealer so you would be better off going to a legit motorcycle shop with the proper equipment that can properly diagnose and fix the issues. DON'T GO OUT THE CHEAP WAY

What has happen to quality workmanship, customer service and honesty?????

They do not know how to work on motorcycles or cars.

I live in.

Don’t buy their kc promotions sales coupon book, it’s also a customers waste of money.

Service was friendly enough but I was charged $60.00 for a $30.00 oil change. Their reasoning...the oil filter was expensive. Got home and googled the price...$7.08! I also requested a light bulb change but the only light they could find was $300+, again....$3.73-$15.95. I usually prefer to support small businesses but I won't be back.

After taking my motorcycle back three times for the same leak and repair, decided to give this business another chance by working on my SUV.

If You want to spend your time going back and forth to get your repair done right this is the place to go.

If repairs end up costing you more money to repair the damage done to your car by this place of business then it’s not worth the savings.

After taking my SUV to two other auto repair shops, found out my lug nuts were not tighten the brakes were missing parts, rotors had broken bolts, the engine was left one quart low on oil after oil change, the skid plate under the engine was missing all the bolts and wire tied up to stay in place.

I would not take a go-cart to this place of business.

Do not take your bike here!!!!! They DO NOT know how to work on bikes. I went in for a simple slave cylinder and the so called mechanic took off the wrong side of the bike (so he sayes) and charged me for the shop hours to redo it. Over 500$ later I'm sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow. I feel like I was taken advantage of and he really didn't know what he was doing

Big mistake, returned three times for same repair and found out that I was charged for a repair that was not performed.

After being in automotive business for 20 years I am very disappointing in having a business like this in the city

Got a 2007 hummer H3 from them we live 3 hours away the engine light came on and they took care of right away no questions ask they care about there customers..... Rick Hansen five stars and thumbs up thank you.... Will tell all my friends to call you !!!!!!!!!!!!!
